What is There to do?

There is no shortage of activities and entertainment for children right here in the Cleveland area. Provided are a few links to some of Andrew’s favorite places.

- The Great Lakes Science Center
- Hale Farm and Village
- The Children’s Museum
- The Cleveland Metropark Zoo
- Cleveland Botanical Gardens

Each of these destinations is kid friendly and offers interactive entertainment for children.

Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls has become a frequent destination for our family to visit. The power and beauty of the falls is always spectacular to see. This certainly is a much shorter trip than Florida!! During the summer, visitors are entertained by evening fireworks over the falls. It is only about a four hour drive to reach the Canadian side of the falls, making it a great weekend trip.

My First Road Trip

From early on, we knew Andrew would be a beach bum. At nine months old, on the eve of a winter snow storm at the end of April, promising to leave behind a foot of snow, we packed up the car and headed for a week of fun in the sun. Many, many, many, hours later we arrived at our destination, Jacksonville, Florida. This was a far cry from freezing temperatures and snow!! Watching Andrew play on the beach touching his toes in the ocean for the first time was priceless.

Cleveland Metropark Zoo

Andrew loves going to the zoo with his mom and friends. Zoo passes are the best, especially when you spend as much time as they do at the zoo. Birthday parties are exceptionally great, especially for Andrew's mom - no set up or clean up to worry about. It's all done for you!!!

Happy 2nd Birthday Andrew!
